Join University of Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator Diane Reinhold for a Zoom session on “Exploring Current Diet Trends: The Good, the Bad and the Hard to Maintain.” In the session, Reinhold will explore the world of dieting. Learn what foods are recommended by popular diets, such as Keto, Whole 30, Paleo, and Intermittent Fasting. MAY GENEALOGY PROGRAM

“Canadian Genealogical Resources” will be the topic of the May Zoom Genealogy presentation. It will feature information and resources that are available when searching for Canadian descendants.
