Your Senior Resource Center has specific services that will help you or a loved one remain at home and retain independence. Our Case Management Program helps older adults ages 60 and over to stay in their own homes.
Many older adults want and need the opportunity to interact with other people in a supervised setting outside their home. Adult Day Service providers enable you to enjoy a variety of activities in a safe, secure environment.
Your 24-hour emergency communication link to assistance, based on assessment of health, safety needs, and mobility limitations. The electronic device (necklace or bracelet) enables you to secure help if an emergency occurs. The Senior Resource Center offers a choice of service providers.
As a program participant, you can receive in-home services from trained homemakers. The homemaker will provide assistance with your household tasks, such as housekeeping, meal preparation, doing laundry, shopping, running errands, bathing, and grooming.
At times an individual needs to consider advanced care, such as after-hospital rehabilitation, assisted living, or long term nursing placement. An SRC Case Manager will help at this time by providing the resources for the client and family to make the best personal choice.
