Jo Daviess Outreach in Hanover

The Senior Resource Center is pleased to offer a FREE outreach event in Hanover on Thursday, April 10.

The event will take place from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the following location: 500 Filmore St., Hanover, IL (Hanover Township Park District Building)

The outreach is designed to provide personalized assistance to seniors and their families in navigating aging and disability resources. Services offered include:

• Part D (Prescription Coverage) Questions
• Benefit Access Applications (License Plate Discounts)
• General Aging Questions
