Yoga class is held on Wednesday mornings except April 10, starting at 8:45 a.m., at the Senior Activity Center. The class is led by Dr. Julie Smith. Increased endurance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation are some of the proven benefits of yoga. Bring a yoga mat or towel with you to class. The fee for this class is $5 and will be collected at the start of each session.
