Yoga class is held on Wednesday mornings, starting at 8:45 a.m., at the Senior Activity Center. Class will not be held on Feb. 27 or March 6. The class is led by Dr. Julie Smith. Increased endurance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation are some of the proven benefits of yoga. Bring a yoga mat or towel with you to class. The fee for this class is $5 and will be collected at the start of each session.
