You can increase balance, flexibility and muscle strength while lowering blood pressure and boosting your immune system by doing this ancient slow form martial art. Studies show that tai chi can increase your balance by 47.6 percent. What have you got to lose by checking it out? The fee for this class is $5 and will be collected at the start of each session.
