Join us on Wednesday mornings, beginning February 10th at 10:30 for forty-five minutes of fun and exercise. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome. The class, taught by Dr. Julie Smith will incorporate stretching, strengthening and aerobic skills. Dr. Smith has a bachelor’s degree in physical education with an emphasis in dance and is a doctor of chiropractic medicine and board-certified naturopath.
