Powerful Tools for the Caregiver classes will meet weekly on Wednesdays, Aug. 16, through Sept. 20, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Senior Resource Center. The sessions are sponsored by the SRC and FHN Hospice. Caregivers develop a wealth of self-care tools in the classes. Attendees are not required to come to all classes, which are free.
