Mindfulness & Meditation is a new class starting on Friday, Oct. 5-26, from 1-2 p.m. at the Senior Activity Center. Join us for a casual discussion and enjoy what might be a new experience, the experience of being present right here right now! Learn about the many health benefits of meditation! You will sample various meditative practices, for one size does not fit all. You can find the one that resonates with you! Learn how to let go of anxiety, struggle, feelings of depression, constant worry. These stress can literally make you sick. You can change that if you choose to. You can choose to see things in a new light and live an easier life.
